And Justice For All est un album emblématique du groupe, le premier de leur portfolio discographique à présenter le nouveau bassiste Jason Newsted, après la mort de Cliff Burton. La vitrine graphique incorpore Lady Justice (Doris) sur le devant du t-shirt, avec une itération de 1983/84 du logo Metallica. Le logo Represent au dos fait écho à la stylisation du premier logo, avec l'ajout d'une reprise de l'illustration du célèbre artiste de l'album Metallica, Pushead. L'imprimé lui-même est un mélange contrasté de sérigraphie et d'impression en relief.
